I made something last week that I must share. I might never purchase another granola bar again!
Two ingredient cookies should be called two ingredient granola bites, or bars. You literally take bananas and oats, add whatever mixins you want, pop in the oven at 350 for 15 minutes. Voilà!
Two Ingredient Cookies
2 large bananas
1 cup of quick oats
Old bananas work best because they are more sweet. I like to add in nuts, dried fruit, cinnamon, candies, whatever you fancy.
I have made apple cinnamon, maple pecan, chocolate chip chunk…you get where I’m going with this.
And now the moment many of you’ve been waiting for! I am pleased to announce the winner of the Special K Award Show Prize Pack Giveaway. Lots of great entries, but according to the random generator:
Megan (Braise The Roof)
Thank you ALL for entering! Megan, email or DM me for more info:)
Mmmmmm cookies! Banana n’ oats, what’s not to love?
I’m getting creative now with honey and caramel. Look out, lol.

Too easy not to, promise!
Yum! Those cookies look delicious! A great alternative for old bananas… one can only eat so much banana bread… haha
Right?! If you only knew how often I baked that bread.
simplicity! Love it!
Whoop! We don’t have time for a lot of things, lol.
So excited that I won! I need to make those cookies, too…that’s my kind of baking!
