I hope none of y’all Labored yesterday! Let’s welcome you back with some link love.
This celeb headline had me at Jessica Simpson. Jessica Simpson has revealed her little trick for staying on track while exercising… OOH I’m sure you’re dying to know. She watches TV on the dreadmill. Groundbreaking training here folks.
Outside Magazine’s September issue features Outside’s Best Places to Work. This top 30 list always goes on my fridge as companies to keep applying for, lol.
From Fitsugar, 3 Secrets Your Trainer Won’t Tell You But Should. This is a good one. It’s tough love and I think it’s true that many clients need to hear the Jillian Michaels tough, hard truth.
I watched some of the coverage from this year’s The North Face Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc and it was UNfreakingbelievable. It’s been deemed one of the toughest races in the world! From August 27 till 2 September 2012, A great epic in a magical environment Seven valleys, 71 glaciers, 400 summits… 114km, 7,150 metres of positive height gain and in semi-autonomy — it’s insane ultra running.
And I’m still moonlighting over the at the amazing iRunnerBlog. Check out my latest post – Labor Day & Pregnant, get it? Mwhaha.
What are you loving this week?

I think I must be weird, because I can’t really watch tv on the treadmill. My attention span covers music videos, but even then, it’s rough… lol
I love MTV, but agreed it’s hard to focus.
I love when Outside puts out the best places to work. I think most of them don’t have offices in Canada, but a girl can dream!
Where did you find coverage of the NF race? It would be amazing to watch! Did Killian run it? You should see him run trails- it is seriously beautiful!
Canada has it’s own, I’m sure!
It was on some special sports channel, late at night – naturally.
Trail running – woah do I have a new respect for them.
I am loving that it’s a short work week. Is that bad?!
Going to read your guest post now!
YES! Nothing wrong with that.
Oh, Jessica. Why are the news outlets still so interested? Haha! That ultra-trail race looks incredible, but I’m sure I would freak out just watching coverage! (I don’t do heights…at all)
Shame on Weight Watchers, now she’ll be all over the TV. Blah.
So many nasty trail tumbles, eesh.
Great post. I’m going through many of these issues as well..
