  1. LOVE that Wham song AND the video… (yes, I watched!) ;) yee!

I don’t think this is even a holiday song, but to me, Life In A Northern Town (original by Dream Academy, redone by Sugarland – BOTH awesome) totally reminds me of the holidays, for a very specific reason.

Also? The Vince Guaraldi Peanuts Christmas… ALL of it. So good…

AND Christmas in Hollis, Run DMC. LOVE it. ;)

I love mashups, I may have to look at this one…

  2. My husband and I (well, he was my boyfriend at the time) went to see the Trans-Siberian orchestra live one Christmas. It was beyond amazing. It was like a rock show with a Christmas theme.

ps. You won my book giveaway from yesterday. Woo hoo!

  3. Love the list!!! I needed some recommendations! How did you read my mind. I love Jessica Simpsons Christmas album…I know I am a looser. Sorry you had to say goodbye to your bro this weekend That is tough but it makes me happy that you are so close with him.

  4. The entire Jessica Simpson holiday album is awesome. I’m also a sucker for Celine Dion’s (don’t make fun of me!). That “Christmas Shoes” song that’s always on the radio makes me bawl every single time. And basically any pop music version of any Christmas song makes me dance. Example: “My Only Wish This Year,” Britney Spears.

  5. Last Christmas is a great pick – love that song. and oh my gosh that video! It is an 80s fashion lesson for sure.
Absolutely LOVE Christmas music the sentimental, dance-y, kiddy, classic, I enjoy it all!
